Meet the Candidates - THIS Wednesday!

 Dear Residents of the North Shore Community,

On May 18^th, we will be voting for next year’s school budget and for two new trustees to join our Board of Education. Four candidates have graciously volunteered to put their names in the hat for this opportunity to serve our community, they are: Maria Mosca, Lisa Colacioppo, Anthony Stanco, and Paul Puskuldjian.

The Coordinating Council of the North Shore PCA/PTOs will be hosting a Meet the Candidates Night this Wednesday, April 28^th at 8pm. Ms. Mosca, Ms. Colacioppo, and Mr. Stanco will participate. Mr. Puskuldjian unfortunately has a prior engagement. The event will be virtual and will be livestreamed on You Tube. It will be conducted by the League of Women Voters of Port Washington-Manhasset.

The League will live-stream the forum on their LWV YouTube channel (YouTube: LWVofPWM), with links from their website (Google: LWVofPWM). 

We ask that you, as members of the North Shore Community, submit your questions to the candidates. Questions may be submitted to the League either before or during the forum through this link: bit.ly/QuestionsNorthShoreBOE (copy this live link into the URL address bar, not in Google search) Usually the URL address bar is at the very top of the browser where the web address of the current page appears.

The moderator will receive questions electronically from vetters before and during the forum, just as we have done with index cards in the past.
